How do you ensure the health of the fish during shipping?

We use professional-grade insulated packaging, oxygen-enriched water, and seasonal heat or ice packs to maintain a stable environment. Every shipment is carefully monitored to ensure your tropical fish arrive in peak condition.

What is your Live Arrival Guarantee?

We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive. In the rare event of a loss during transit, please take a clear photo of the fish in the unopened shipping bag and contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.

When will my order be shipped?

To minimize time spent in transit, we typically ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This prevents packages from being held in carrier facilities over the weekend.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Aqua Huna only ships within the continental United States to prioritize the safety and health of our live tropical fish during the shortest possible transit times.

How should I acclimate my new fish?

We recommend the 'float and drip' method. Float the sealed bag in your aquarium for 20 minutes to equalize temperature, then slowly add small amounts of aquarium water to the bag over 40 minutes before releasing the fish.
