Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective liners are intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
